Our customer service team is currently responding to emails within 24-36 hours if received on weekdays, and within 36-48 hours if received on weekends.

Please note that our customer service team answers the phone from 10:00am to 5:30pm on weekdays. Outside of these hours, please leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays and by the following Monday if received on weekends or after 5:30pm on a Friday.
