Customer Service Assistant Full-time
Dive into a thrilling customer service adventure as a Customer Service Assistant at Players Sports. Behind the scenes upstairs in our modern office, you'll provide top-notch support to valued customers through email and phone interactions. You'll also collaborate closely with warehouse and shop floor teams to ensure seamless operations. No two days are the same in this role of variety and exciting challenges!

Retail Sales Assistant Full-time
The successful applicant will be required to sell products and services at our Onehunga store and Scarbro Tennis Centre pro shop by way of offering first-rate specialist advice to customers both in-store and on the phone. The successful applicant will also be required to handle our Inwards Goods and will be required to pick and pack online orders from time to time. The role is full-time on a roster basis and the successful applicant should be able to work on weekends when required.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have some form of sales and stock handling experience, above average communication skills, sound computer literacy, and demonstrate a willingness to work hard in a team environment. A keen interest in sport would also be advantageous.
