This website is operated by Players Sports NZ Limited (collectively, "us", "we" or "Players Sports ").

By accessing or using Players Sports' website or services (collectively the "Website") you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these ‘Terms of Use’ and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered customer of Players Sports. Players Sports may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Website. You agree to review these Terms of Use regularly to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Website shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website.

Product Orders

All orders placed through the Website are subject to Players Sports' acceptance. This means that Players Sports may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Players Sports will issue you a refund.

We will not supply and cancel any unsolicited commercial drop-shipping or on-selling type orders received.

Pre-Order Product Orders

A pre-order (or pre-sale) does require you to pay at the time of placing the order, in advance of the item/s being delivered to you. 

• You can cancel your pre-order at any time. Contact us using your web order number in the subject line of the email.
• Please allow enough time for shipments to arrive to you. The timeline varies depending on the item and its delivery time to us from the supplier/manufacturer. We do highlight on the product page when delivery is planned for but in some instances there could be variances in the foreseen timeline.
• If you place a pre-order item/s in the same order with other products on our website, all the non-pre-order items will be shipped immediately and the pre-order item/s will be shipped at a later date.

Remember: you are ordering item/s that are not in stock and item/s that need to be ordered in. This means there could be manufacturing delays which may delay your shipment.

Warranty Claims and Replacements

Players Sports is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined.

Cricket bats will be considered under warranty for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.

Personalised Items

Players Sports regrets that once an order containing personalised items has been validated it cannot be changed or cancelled. This includes cricket bats which have been knocked in or modified in anyway.

All personalised items cannot be returned unless deemed to have a genuine fault of manufacture.

Discounts, Promo Code Offers and Rebates

Players Sports discounts products from time to time in accordance with Commerce Commission New Zealand rules and regulations.

When products are flagged as ‘Clearance’ online they are discontinued lines and will be listed showing the original/full price (RRP) alongside the clearance price as a reference for customers until they are sold out and removed from the website.

Advertised discount codes will be valid off full price (RRP) only and won't be valid in addition to any other discounts, combo, bundle or pack prices; but will guarantee the code user a minimum of the advertised % OFF full price (RRP) on all listed products while the code is advertised or for the specified term of the promotion. Codes exclude 'Everyday Low Price' products, gift vouchers, affiliated club teamwear, workshop services, and stringing services.

Any clubs, schools or other organisations contracted to Players Sports with a store credit rebate clause, must spend their store credit rebate according to the full price (RRP) of all valid products. i.e., not considering any discounts, combo, bundle, or pack prices.

Players Sports reserve the right to exclude any products from any sale activity or promotion without warning or notice.

Players Sports may provide links to websites owned by Players Sports and/or websites that are owned by third parties that are not connected with Players Sports. All links are provided for your convenience only. Access to websites that are owned by third parties is at your own risk and Players Sports has no responsibility or liability for such third party websites.

Availability

Players Sports will endeavour to ensure that this website is fully operational at all times. However we cannot guarantee that the website will be fault free. In particular, access to this website may be interrupted or restricted to allow for emergency or routine repairs or maintenance to be carried out or the introduction of new facilities or services.

Alterations

We may amend this website and our services in any way and at any time with or without notice to you.
