I would recommend using this tee for kickoffs or long-range goal kicking (35+ out) because it is the perfect height for getting under the ball and opens the sweet spot right up.
I have ordered a few things from this site in the past and my orders have always come during the 3-5 day time wait, sometimes even quicker!
