Great training ball to practice your seam positions. Good thing is that this 4 piece ball is also good to practice swing, doesn't swing excessively like two-piece balls. Bought it for my 12 year old son, in his club cricket he still plays with 142 gm ball but he likes the feel of this ball and loves training with it.
