It is always a great experience to shop with Players Sports as it offers a great range of products, good pricing deals and excellent customer service. However, there are couple of areas that can be improved:
1) I find items without deals are pricier e.g. Wilson Clash racket in one place at retail price was around $345 while Players Sports retail price is around $430. It would be good if your retail prices are also more competitive.
2) Though service from staff is excellent, however, I believe you can offer better value add if staff has better product knowledge where they can guide customer to buying a fit for purpose product.
3) In some cases, display items are not available so one has to buy the product without getting the feel / experience of the product e.g. I had experienced this with SideArm. The first one I bought wasn't a suitable product so I had to buy another brand causing me an additional spend for nothing.
I hope some of these suggestions are considered and incorporated if possible. Thank you.
