I had a pretty serious knee injury. I am getting this to help me with my recovery, also for protection if I have to kneel on the floor. Have tried many different type of knee pads , from farming to gardening, expensive or cheap, but this is by far the best. Not slipping down, good size of padding. I ended up getting 2 pairs , one for spare.
