I haven’t even received this product yet… I wasn’t sent a confirmation that it was ready to collect. However I ordered a heritage Queensland jersey before this c/w personalised name and it was shipped on time, name was perfect on the back and when I called customer services to track parcel they were so helpful and assured me that it would be delivered by the time I needed it to be.
