K-tape can be applied to injured joints, muscles, or tendons to reduce swelling and prevent further complications as it lifts the skin, allowing increased lymphatic fluid and blood flow reducing pressure, friction and pain. Made from elasticated cotton to support injury recovery without reducing a range of motion.
