  • TPU plate for a propulsive feeling.

  • Structured upper for breathability and a lightweight fit.

  • Lightweight synthetic material.

  • Colour: Quartz Grey / Angora / Black.

---------------

  • Cushion: Soft.

  • Support: Neutral.

  • Weight: 280 grams (One Size 9.5 US Men’s shoe).

  • Heel/Toe Drop: 6mm Drop.

---------------

Cushion

  • The material the absorbs the impact against the ground. The more cushioning utilised, the softer a shoe will feel underfoot.

---------------

Support / Pronation (the text in bold refers to the support this shoe offers)

Underpronation.

  • High Arches.

  • During push off the pressure is on the smaller toes on the outside of the foot.

  • The outer side of the heel contacts the ground at an increased angle, with little or no pronation. This causes a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Neutral

  • Normal sized Arches.

  • During push off there is an even distribution from the front of the foot.

  • The foot lands on the outside of the heel, then rolls inward to absorb the shock and support body weight.

Overpronation

  • Low arches or flat feet.

  • Big and second toes do most of the work when the foot pushes off.

  • During contact with the ground, the foot lands on the outside of the heel, then rolls inwards (pronates) excessively, transferring your weight to the inner edge instead of the ball of the foot.

---------------

Drop

  • The difference from the heel of the shoe to the forefoot.

  • Shoes with a higher heel drop tend to be preferred by runners that land heel-first.

  • Shoes with a lower heel drop are often favoured by forefoot or midfoot strikers.
