The HOKA Mach X 2 running shoes feature a symmetrical bed of cushion without additional prescriptive technologies.
Normal sized Arches.
During push off there is an even distribution from the front of the foot.
The foot lands on the outside of the heel, then rolls inward to absorb the shock and support body weight.

Drop

The difference from the heel of the shoe to the forefoot.
Shoes with a higher heel drop tend to be preferred by runners that land heel-first.
Shoes with a lower heel drop are often favoured by forefoot or midfoot strikers.
