JamorkoLove this for technique refinement in solo sessions. You're able to stay in one spot and keep your foot placement consistent while the ball is returned to you. This enables you to consistently repeat your shot + release without having to chase rebounds and reset. Occasionally the adjustable chute will get knocked off centre and needs to be readjusted, particularly when you swish a shot and the chute takes the full force of it.
